About the Authors Michael Korzeniewski has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, in the US and abroad. He is a trained safety inspector. Since he relocated from Alaska to Florida, 3 years ago, he has been collaborating with Spanish-speaking work crews in all trades. Currently, he works as a customer service director for one of the largest construction companies in the US. Stefanie Schmitz has a B.A. in Spanish and a Diploma in Hispanic Studies. She is a foreign languages teacher for Spanish and German. She has taught Spanish in high schools and in private language schools. During the 3 years that she lived in Costa Rica she worked for the German Embassy. She wrote bulletins and reports in Spanish. She interpreted and translated.
